Return and Refund Policy

our return and refund policy-

i try my best in order to make sure each order request is made to the best of my ability, and that items are made with care and attention in any case that the item arrives faulty or not what u ordered please follow our return policy bellow-

Terms of return (must have purchased in the last 7 days)

State of return (must return in same condition it was send out in)

Reason for return

1- wrong item sent

2- item came damaged (must have photo evidence of damage and damages must not have been caused by own use i.g not following care instructions)

Process for return please send an email request to fudgeandpeanut.piggies@outlook.com and request a refund ask for our customer service id be happy to process your return if eligible

Process of refund please state the reason for return, photo evidence of items (wrong items, damages) if within the 7 days we will then process a refund in which details will need to be disclosed in order to receive a refund!
