Return Policy

1. Return Window

All return requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order. Requests made after this timeframe may not be eligible for a refund, but a discount code for future purchases may be offered at our discretion.

2. Valid Reason & Proof

To qualify for a return or refund, you must provide:

• A valid reason for the request, and
• Clear proof showing that something is incorrect or faulty with your order (e.g., photos or videos).

Without sufficient proof, we may not be able to proceed with a return or refund.

3. Lost or Damaged Items

If your item arrives lost or damaged, different steps will be taken depending on the situation.

We will work with you to gather the necessary information so that a fair solution can be made for both parties. This may include a replacement or a refund, depending on the circumstances.

4. Failed Delivery / Returned to Sender

If delivery attempts fail and your parcel is returned back to us, please be aware:

• The original delivery fee is non-refundable, as the courier attempted to deliver your order.
• If you would like the parcel to be sent back out to you, an additional delivery payment will be required.
• In this situation, refunds are not offered, but you may receive a half-price voucher to use on our website, as the delivery attempt was made.

5. Customs Delays

If your parcel becomes delayed or held in customs, please contact us directly. We will work with you to find the best possible solution to ensure your parcel reaches you.

6. Issues Reported After 7 Days

If something has gone wrong with your order but you did not report it within the 7-day window, you may still be eligible for a discount off your next purchase, depending on the issue.

7. Bundle Sets – Partial Returns

If your order includes a bundle set, please note the following:

• A full-price refund may not be given if you choose to return only one item from the bundle.
• You may return a single item, but the remaining items will be charged at their full individual price.
• The refund amount will be the difference between the full individual prices and the amount you originally paid for the bundle.

This ensures fairness and transparency, as bundle discounts are applied to full sets only.
